There is Drop box for rent payments after hours located by the entrance door.
How to I get maintenance help?
Go to Tenant Tab and click on the On-line maintenance forms, call the office or send us an email.
What happens to my Security Deposit?
Your Security Deposit is held in separate Trust Account
How do other Tenants rate Real Property Management Nampa?
Can I have a Pet?
Only if it is part of the rental contract and has been authorized by the property owner
Who pays the Utilities?
The tenant is responsible for all utilities, unless it is a multi-family building - then ask your Property Manager for Details
How do I give Notice?
We require 30 day written notice in advance to vacate a property at the end of the lease term.

How much does it cost to Evict a Tenant ?
We offer an Eviction Protection Plan that covers the basic eviction costs.
When will I get my Rent Proceeds?
We pay Owner Disbursements Electronically three times per month - so no waiting for your funds
How will I know my property is in good condition?
We inspect properties quarterly, if there is an issue, a corrective notice is sent to the tenant and a reinspection is made.
How do I get my statements?
Statements are sent to the Owner Portal everytime a disbursement is made to the Owners account.
What happens if I want to sell my rental & the tenant is still in place?
Give us a call and we will give you a Market Value Assessment and walk you through the process.
Do I get the Security Deposit?
No, the Tenant Security Deposit is held in a separate trust account.
